How it works

A plan that fits your week, and a buddy that notices when it slips.

Nothing here is a mock-up of a feature we haven't built. Where something is planned rather than working, it says so.

1. Onboarding

Working
  • Your goal, and how experienced you are.
  • Which days you can train and how long you've got.
  • Gym, home or both — and the equipment you actually have.
  • Movements you'd rather avoid, and what usually derails you.
  • A short safety screen. Anything medical routes to a human.

2. Your plan

Working
  • Two weeks of sessions scheduled on your days from the start.
  • Each session sized to your minutes and built from your kit.
  • Structure and volume set by your experience level.
  • Changes arrive as suggestions you accept or decline.

3. Today

Working
  • One session, one screen, big targets, one-handed logging.
  • Rest timer, set-by-set weight, reps and effort.
  • Swap a movement or shorten the session before you start.
  • Mark it done, move it, or excuse it honestly.

4. The comeback

Working
  • Only a genuinely missed session triggers a check-in.
  • One check-in per miss, inside your quiet hours.
  • Tell it what got in the way — it remembers the pattern.
  • It offers a shorter session; accepting schedules it.
  • Train before it sends, and the check-in cancels itself.

5. Progress and memory

Working
  • Completed against eligible sessions, not vanity streaks.
  • Consistency, lift progress and comeback sessions counted.
  • Everything it remembers, in plain English, editable.
  • Delete a memory and the coach stops seeing it.

6. Email check-ins

Not configured
  • In-app check-ins are working today.
  • Email check-ins need a verified sending domain for this project.
  • Until one is configured, nothing is queued and nothing claims to have been sent.

Experience levels

The same product, pitched at where you actually are.

Basic

New to training, or coming back after a long break. Four to five movements per session, plain instructions, generous rest and no jargon. Your buddy explains the why before the numbers.

Intermediate

Training regularly and comfortable with the main lifts. Progressive loading, accessory work and a proper warm-up structure. Numbers matter here, but the screen stays calm.

Advanced

Structured blocks with prescribed intensity, tempo and RPE targets. Full set-by-set detail, load history on every movement and shorter explanations.

Super Advanced

Higher volume with intensity techniques where they're warranted, full metric detail on every screen and a coach that talks to you like a training partner who already knows the terms.
